Processing

The nuts are peeled only as needed and then dried at 38°C for about 6 hours (as required by local food laws). The moisture content must not exceed 6%. The high level of freshness can naturally be inferred from this and is also a key component of our quality guarantee. The Siberian cedar nuts that we offer are referred to as wild harvested (wild growth).
